Evaluation Question 1 - In What Ways Does Your Media Product Use, Develop or Challenge Forms and Conventions of Real Media Products?
· I have included an ident at the beginning of my trailer, which is conventional of nearly all trailers because it establishes what studio(s) is associated with the film.
· My trailer has included an establishing shot of an abandoned park, which has relevance towards the story. These shots are a primary convention of trailers, but I have trued to specifically follow the codes and conventions of thrillers/psychological thrillers and I believe that the setting that I chose follows some of the conventions to convey the mood and tone of the trailer.
· Colour was a convention which I picked up on quite a lot in existing trailers of the thriller genre because, I found that conventionally, thrillers don’t feature much colour, so I have tried to repeat this by saturating colour from my sots and also using as little variety of colours as possible within my ancillary products.
· I have used primarily black and red as the min colours associated with the film because I found these to be some of the colours, which were iconic towards the genre.
· I have tried to follow formats of existing film magazine covers for my own so that it retained the appearance of a professional magazine. I included a few different font styles which is common for magazines as it differentiates various articles which maybe featured on the cover itself.

Final Trailer
This is the final version of my film trailer. I have made more improvements from the last version, I have now created an ident and put that at the beginning of the railer as this is a common convention of the majority of existing trailers. I have also altered the volume and pitch of the sound in some areas of the trailers, simply because my target audience thought that I needed to emphasise the key points of action more to gain more interest.

Feedback for Ancillary Products
These are some of the various different comments I received as feedback for the ancillary products which I created previously:
- "There needs to be something to fill the bottom left of the magazine because it looks too empty compared to the rest - maybe a small article preview?"
- "I liked the simple colours used as it doesn't make it look as if there is too much on the poster"
- "I liked the gradient used in the centre of the poster because I think it works well with the images with as eyes are immediately draw to them"
- "Good sticking to the darker colour scheme for the poster, it really makes the genre clearer"
- "I'm not too sure about the angled text on the magazine cover - looks a little tacky in my opinion"
